Garden Party Marketing & Event Strategy

For 2024 and 2025, I led the marketing strategy and execution for Mattress Factory’s annual Garden Party, developing multi-channel campaigns across paid, organic, and influencer channels.

 

Welcoming over 1,200 guests, the 2025 party sold out a month in advance (a museum record) and raised over $200,000, beating its fundraising goal by 15%.

 

By coordinating with 20+ influencers, executing targeted ad strategies, managing the PR, and designing the social and ad graphics — the campaign elevated visibility, strengthened community engagement, and positioned the museum’s flagship event as one of Pittsburgh’s must-attend cultural experiences.
