Mattress Factory, a contemporary art museum in Pittsburgh, needed to unify its brand identity, elevate audience engagement, and drive attendance across digital and in-person channels.
I developed and executed a comprehensive multi-channel marketing strategy, overseeing paid advertising, branding & design, social media, email, PR, web, and print, while managing a $75K+ annual ad budget.
Campaigns increased press coverage by 250%, and exceeded ROI targets by 25% across Meta and Google Ads. Each initiative strengthened the museum’s voice, broadened reach, and built a consistent visual and experiential identity across platforms.
