We led direct outreach to modality-specific professional networks, local university training programs, and regional job boards, while setting up tracking systems to streamline the applicant pipeline. This strategic approach expanded Waxwing’s clinical network and generated a consistent flow of qualified applicants without adding administrative burdens to their schedule.
